Refund policy

EXCHANGES:

Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for products of the same or greater value only.

If you would like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 3 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at aadambharaa@gmail.com with the order number, full name, address and size change required/ images of the damaged product and our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product. We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request. Once you have mailed us, please ship out the pieces to the following address:

Alterations:

On receiving the product, if there is any mismatch with the size provided by the customer while placing the order and the final result, we will alter your selected garment at no extra cost*. We request you to send us an email to aadambharaa@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the parcel with your order number, date of receiving the product, the size chosen during purchase and the changes that have to be made. Images displaying the blouse measurements with a measuring tape will also be required.

Upon confirmation from team Aadambharaa via email for the alteration, we request you to ship the product to the following address:

If there is no email confirmation from our end for alteration, we reserve the rights to reject your return.

Alteration service would take about 5-10 working days from the date of receipt to dispatch. We provide free reverse pickup in the eligible pin codes. For other areas, courier charges to us would need to be borne by the customer. Please contact our customer support at aadambharaa@gmail.com for more information.

*Altered products are considered as ‘Final Sale’ items and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Customizations

Upon request, we do customize our products to your liking. Products that have been customised as per clients requirements such a custom sizing or custom design will not be eligible for return. Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for return.

 

Returns and refunds:

In the case that you would like to return a purchased product, we could offer you a store credit in the form of a gift card. We currently do not offer Refunds. 

Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date of order delivery only. Items purchased during a “Sale” or “Offer period” will not be eligible for return. The right to accept returns is solely the decision of Aadambharaa. Products thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging. Also courier services of international standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.

 NOTE: Our INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS have to bear the charges of shipping in case they want to return their order for store credits in the form of a gift card.

They also have to bear the shipping costs in case of requiring any alterations.

An email with the required service (return, alteration) needs to be sent to aadambharaa@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We will get in touch with you at the earliest.
